How Do You Handle Grading Disputes?

Hey community,

I’m new to Accugrader and teaching in general. Sometimes students challenge their grades, and I’m not sure how to respond without sounding defensive. Any advice on managing Teaching Challenges like this? How do you use Accugrader to explain scores clearly to students?
